Negotiations

The office undertakes the effort to resolve private disputes through negotiations. Negotiations can take place at all stages of the dispute, before or during a dispute.

Criteria for the arguments in the negotiations are the legal and contractual rights and obligations of each party, the economic perception of the difference, as well as the economy of time.
